Porsche, the world-known German automobile manufacturer, is all set for three North American debuts and two world premieres during the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show. One of the most anticipated of those cars have been Porsche’s fifth model line, the Porsche Macan compact SUV, which is scheduled to be revealed to the Porsche lovers during a press conference on November 20, 2013, Wednesday, at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Petree Hall.
Los Angeles Auto Show, which is considered to be one of the finest car shows of the US, will be held from November 22 to December 1, 2013, at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Other models that will make their debut during the illustrious event are 911 Turbo Cabriolet and 911 Turbo S Cabriolet. The most fascinating thing about these amazing open air 911 sports cars is their outstanding acceleration as they can go from zero to 60 miles per hour in merely 3.3 and 3.1 seconds respectively and have the potential to achieve a highest speed of 195 miles per hour, which is absolutely brilliant.
The Porsche 918 Spyder will also be showcased in the North American motor show for the first time. The traditional Porsche DNA is included in this plug-in hybrid vehicle. The combination of 887 horsepower output of a super sports car and almost silent propulsion of an electric car makes this high-performance hybrid car perform exceptionally well. Apart from an excellent fuel economy, the Porsche 918 Spyder can go from zero to 60 miles per hour is just 2.8 seconds.
The Porsche Panamera Turbo S and Panamera Turbo S Executive, which were displayed in the recently-concluded Tokyo Motor Show 2013, will also be presented in the event. With a top speed of 192 miles per hour and a power output of 570 horsepower, the Turbo S models are the most powerful, faster and luxurious vehicles in the Panamera range.
